De Hoogmolen introduces a self-hosting concept. No physical reception and no time wasted on paperwork. Before arrival, guests receive a personal access code for the main entrance and/or their own room. Need help? We are always available. Send us a message via WhatsApp or the booking platform. Are you experiencing real issues? No worries! We will come directly to De Hoogmolen to assist you further.

Starting in September 2024, we will say goodbye to our summer bar, and there will no longer be any dining or drinking options on our premises.
But don't worry! We provide a filled minibar (honesty bar) in your room, so you can still enjoy a refreshing drink in your room, on the terrace, by our pond, ...

You are staying on the grounds of a 500-year-old watermill that has been a protected monument and protected village view since 1995. This makes it an extra special and historical place to stay.

The surroundings of De Hoogmolen exude an atmosphere of tranquility, nature, and history. Located in the picturesque Abeek Valley, surrounded by green forests and the sparkling sound of water flowing past the mill.
De Hoogmolen itself is a charming watermill that dates back to the Middle Ages and now serves as a modern hydropower plant that can provide our hotel with sustainable energy.

All renovated rooms are carefully furnished. A refined combination of natural materials and warm colors creates a harmonious atmosphere. Enjoy a delicious Nespresso or tea in your room.

The presence of bike junctions, walking junctions, and a riding and driving route network nearby offers various opportunities to explore the area. Riders and horses are more than welcome; horses can stay in a spacious pasture with stables on the grounds while the rider can relax in the hotel.
